Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)   As believers, it is possible to live in a state of peace, joy, prosperity and health. Does this mean that we’ll never struggle in these areas? No, we live in a fallen world where stuff happens. Living in a state of peace, for example, doesn’t mean we become immune to feeling angry, worried or stressed out. It simply means we’ve learned how to regularly access the peace of Christ that is in us. It’s about seeking first the kingdom of God (His beliefs and promises) and seeking His righteousness (the fact that you are right with God through Christ). Everything else—health, prosperity, …

He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us. Ephesians 3:16–21 (MSG)   Living an incredible, abundant life starts on the inside. We tend to concern ourselves with fixing external things in our lives, and we want God to intervene to help us. We pray, “God fix my body, my family, my spouse, my business….” It’s as though we want Him to take over, but in most cases, the miraculous manifests in our lives from the inside out. Luke 17:20–21 (NKJV)   The Bible doesn’t teach us to go after the goal of getting a miracle. It teaches us to live in the state of the supernatural. We are not taught to go after financial goals; we’re taught to live in financial prosperity. We’re taught to walk in a state of healthy relationships, still dealing with problems and misunderstandings, but not continually in fight mode.
