But whether we like it or not, what we look at, listen to and say are being planted and are growing in our hearts. The result is you can confuse your heart, or as James 1:22 says, deceive yourself. Night and day, while he’s asleep or awake, the seed sprouts and grows, but he does not understand how it happens.” Mark 4:26–27 (NLT) Today’s verses show how the kingdom of God works. It also explains how you can begin to see miracles in your life. When you plant beliefs in your heart by meditating on God’s promises, these beliefs produce even while you’re sleeping.
