Could you use more strength and power in your life? Would you like to experience more of God’s love?
Some Bible verses are so rich with promises that it’s important to slow down and meditate on them.
Ephesians 3:16–19 is a great example. It promises you can have: strength and mighty power in your inner being through Holy Spirit; Christ in your heart through your faith; and the power to experience God’s incredible love for you and to be rooted in it.
It also says you can come to know Christ’s love for you practically, through experience, and be filled through all your being with God’s presence until you become wholly filled and flooded with God Himself!
Wow! These are great verses to claim over your own life, and also over the lives of others.
The great thing about claiming God’s promises is there’s no time limit to its effectiveness. Prayers that I prayed twenty years ago are still having a huge impact today!
Claim these promises today by saying something like this: “Father God, thank you for strengthening (names of those you’re praying for) with power in their innermost being. Help them to be rooted and established in Your love, so that they’ll begin to grasp how wide and long and high and deep it is—this love that is much greater than we will ever understand. Thank You for filling them to overflowing with all the fullness of Your love!
