Learning to know Jesus is incredibly powerful.
You see, knowing Jesus includes understanding that He makes you right with God. You can’t earn this right standing, it’s actually impossible, and this is why Jesus so strongly came against the judgmental attitude of the religious people of His time.
When Christians look down their noses at other Christians and compare who is better behaved than the next, they really don’t understand what Jesus did for us. Right standing with God is a gift. And when you increase your understanding of what this gift really means, you become truly free.
When you teach people about Jesus this way, it’s powerful and people flock to the freedom. We need to tell people that Jesus loves, died for and forgave them over 2,000 years ago. He wants a relationship with them, but He won’t force it. They need to choose to believe and accept Him, but when they do, the amazing life He has for them becomes theirs for the taking.
Sharing this message is exciting! Besides, we can’t just focus our lives on being blessed or we’ll live empty, hollow lives.
God’s blessings are yours to enjoy, but don’t forget to bring others with you into this blessed life you’re learning to live. Grow your faith WHILE you bring others with you along the way! According to Deuteronomy 28:8, the blessing has been commanded on you. It’s going to chase you down, so you don’t have to place all your focus on getting healthy, wealthy and wise. Help others to find this blessed life too.
