Make a Connection

So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
Luke 11:9

Do you ever struggle to pray because you don’t feel a connection?

You need to know that even when you don’t sense God’s presence in your everyday life, he is always there. The signal is being sent, even when you don’t feel like you’re receiving it.

Luke 11:9–10 reveals how to receive his signal: Ask.

The truth is not complicated. If you want to experience more of God in your life, ask. If you want to hear what he’s saying to you as you read the Bible, ask.

In Matthew 21:21, Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.” When we ask for things that align with God’s Word, believing that we will get our answer, nothing is impossible!

So if you feel distant from God, ask him to help you be more aware of his presence. He loves you completely, fully, abundantly and unconditionally. As a believer, you don’t need to earn the right to be in his presence. Jesus has already done this for you!

Ask him to help you experience his love and guidance through his Word and he will!
