Living From The Inside Out

Leon FontaineDevoted

The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you. Luke 17:20–21 (NKJV)

The Bible doesn’t teach us to go after the goal of getting a miracle. It teaches us to live in the state of the supernatural.

We are not taught to go after financial goals; we’re taught to live in financial prosperity. We’re taught to walk in a state of healthy relationships, still dealing with problems and misunderstandings, but not continually in fight mode. Instead of always seeking a miracle for a new problem, we can live in a state of health and peace. Even when we’re dealing with problems, we can have peace like a river and joy like a fountain. We can walk in dominion, as the original mandate from the Garden of Eden says.

The word of God is teaching us to walk in the state of accessing the supernatural daily.

It might not look spectacular, but you can walk in the supernatural. The kingdom within—the beliefs on the inside of you—connect you to it. From inside, you can create and attract what you need to build your business and have great health. This internal state can connect you to great friends, and it can cause your kids to listen to you and want to spend time with you.

As we go through this series of devotionals, think about living from the inside out. Instead of going after miracles as though they are something you bring in from the outside, think of changing your heart beliefs so you come to expect the miraculous. Because the more you expect to live in a state of love, peace, health, prosperity and joy—the abundant life—the more you will experience the miraculous!
